I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, recently renovated with a colonial touch, and had a balcony, making it very comfortable. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to assist with airport transfers and other needs. The location was perfect, right in the old quarter of Hanoi with easy access to major tourist spots and local eateries. The dining experience was delightful, especially with personalized messages from the chef. However, the facilities could use a bit of improvement, but overall, it was great value for money.
